WELCOME. WE APPRECIATE YOUR SERVICE. WE UNDERSTAND THE SACRIFICES YOU AND YOUR FAMILY HAVE MADE.

During the course of serving your country with honor and distinction, you have been injured. Now, you need help (or your family, on your behalf, needs assistance) dealing with your Disability claim before the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), the Board of Veterans’ Appeals (BVA), or the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (CAVC).

The process at each level is often confusing, with strict time limits. You should have skilled assistance to navigate the bureaucracy so that you get the maximum benefits to which you are entitled.

Some of you may also question the nature of your military discharge, either because you think you deserved a medical discharge or retirement and did not get one, or because you made a mistake that resulted in a discharge that was not Honorable. In either case, you may want to appeal to the Board for Correction of Military Records (BCMR) to change or upgrade your discharge.

You should have someone on whom you can rely – YOURVAADVOCATE.

We are here to help you.

Think of it this way.

You protected the Eagle.
Now, let the Eagle protect you.
